30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.

Return Process

Once your request is approved:
- We will provide return instructions
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective or incorrect)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 10 business days for processing
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
